From blank to component
Starting from an extensive stock of aerospace materials, we supply both precisely executed blanks and completely finished components (Detailed Parts) for aerospace applications. In addition to drawing parts for ‘flying parts’, we produce sophisticated components for special fixture construction. In fixture construction, among other things, laser hybrid welding is used to produce special profiles from special materials in a cost efficient manner.

Our wide range of aviation-specific capabilities enables the production of simple to complex components – ready for integration. All production and testing steps are carried out in accordance with aviation regulations. Thanks to the modular production steps – from material cutting to further processing and material testing to quality assurance – we offer our customers all options from a single source.
