Stahlkontor’s core competencies are divided into three service areas: cutting, joining and cold forming. Depending on the type and thickness of the starting material, laser cutting, waterjet cutting or HSC contour milling are used for cutting. Laser beam welding, laser hybrid welding and gas-shielded welding are available as joining technologies. Among the cold forming processes, Stahlkontor offers bending, pressing and edging as in-house realized processes.
Component and assembly production
The range of mechanical machining, welding processes and surface treatments available at Stahlkontor enables the production of components and assemblies ready for installation or further processing. Even extensive testing procedures for quality assurance and options for storage and commissioning for coordinated delivery can be integrated into the service scope of your order on request.
In addition to its own extensive capacities and processes, Stahlkontor also draws on a proven network of specialized partner companies to increase flexibility and expand its range of services in some of the above-mentioned service areas.
