To strengthen our team in milling technology at the Hagen location, we are looking for you as a

CNC Lathe Operator (m/f/d)

Your field of activity:

  • Independent set-up, setup and operation of 5-axis CNC-controlled machining centers.
  • Production of CNC milled parts according to customer drawings.
  • Monitoring and optimization of CNC programs.
  • Documentation of work papers and quality requirements.
  • Independent measuring and checking of the created components according to drawings and test plans.

Your profile:

  • A successfully completed apprenticeship as a tool mechanic or cutting machine operator.
  • Experience with Sinumerik 840D system control.
  • Plant experience on CTX 800 is desirable.
  • Experience with DIN ISO 9001 and 9100.
  • Knowledge of independent programming welcome.
  • Confident reading and evaluation of drawings.
  • Ability to work in a team, flexibility and willingness to perform.

IT Support 1st Level (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

  • Receive, categorize and prioritize IT support or service requests by phone or via the ticket system.
  • Carry out 1st level (support) fault analyses and rectify faults.
  • Resolve problem issues in conjunction with IT administration.
  • Document work in a sustainable, timely and reliable manner in our ticket system.
  • Support and improve our support processes.
  • Monitor hardware and software inventories.
  • Set up client systems.
  • Issue IT hardware.
  • Work together with a motivated, open and tolerant team.

Your profile

  • Practical knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office products.
  • Initial experience in IT support through IT training, as a career changer (m/f/d) with several years of experience in IT or comparable qualification.
  • Good knowledge of standard IT components such as PCs, monitors and other peripherals.
  • Competent and confident appearance when communicating with our employees.
  • Pleasure in teamwork.
