Technical programming clerk (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility:

  • You will be responsible for the timely creation of NC programs for the areas of waterjet cutting and laser cutting. You will also ensure production-oriented programming, taking into account the machine parameters.
  • You will check the production documents, material certificates and the drawing index. You will also check the customer guidelines and their technical standards.
  • You will support the determination of requirements, approve the cuts and monitor the Abas WiCam interface.
  • You create NC sub-programs, cutting plans and test drawings, working papers, drawings, rules and regulations as well as technical regulations and instructions for production.
  • You determine the raw material requirements for inquiries and orders in consultation with the project costing department and trigger orders if necessary.
  • You will also be involved in the further development of production technologies in consultation with production and design.

Your profile:

  • You have a technical vocational training an additional degree as a state-certified technician or a technical vocational training with an additional degree as a technical business economist are desirable but not a requirement.
  • At least three years of professional experience in the NC programming of systems in a medium-sized production company as well as experience in sheet metal processing and the use of CAM 2D, 2.5D and CAD 3D.
  • Your knowledge and practical experience in NC program PN4000 (WiCam), PTC – Creo 3, drawing creation, Toplas 3D, ERP system round off your profile.

Shift leader in the area of internal logistics/materials management (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility:

  • You are responsible for the management of up to 5 employees
  • You will record material movements, pick and check them
  • You will store and book goods received
  • You will provide support in the area of incoming and outgoing goods
  • You work across interfaces in two-shift operation and can be deployed flexibly
  • You work in the ERP system in the area of day-to-day business and have knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as Word and Excel
  • A forklift or crane license should be available

Your profile:

  • Completed training as a warehouse specialist.
  • Ideally at least 5 years’ experience in logistics/materials management with ERP experience
  • You have an understanding of safety aspects, diligence, reliability and a sense of responsibility are among your strengths, as is the ability to work in a team.
